Domaine des Baluettes Muscadet Sur Lie 'Les Coteaux (750mL)
his wine has been left on its lees all winter and is unfined with only natural yeasts used in the vinification. The 2016 vintage won Gold at the 'Concours des Vins du Val de Loire'. This is classic Muscadet for all things 'fishy'!

Giol Pinot Grigio (750mL)
It is the fresh, uplifting summer orchard fruits that make this soft, generously-flavoured wine so loveable.
Les Petites Perdrix Sauvignon Semillon (750mL)
Alcohol: 12%A most appealing dry white from the Grinou organic vineyards. 50% Sauvignon, 50% Semillon. Matured on lees in stainlees steel tanks to give extra body and flavour. Wonderfully fresh and aromatic offering lashings of verdant, citrus and exotic fruit with a twist of herbal nuance. Good mid-palate texture caresses the taste buds whilst the telling lick of acidity on the finale ensures a crisp, balanced ensemble.Effectively this is quality white Bordeaux at a fraction of the cost, it being from the neighbouring and less trendy Bergerac region.
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon
Llaethliw - White Wine (750mL)
A clear pale yellow colour, this wine looks like summer in a glass. On the nose it has fresh green apple aromas coupled with scents of gooseberry, stone fruits and meadow grass. This is followed up on the palate with refreshing flavours of crisp green apple and ripe nectarine. The wine has a nice mineral aspect that is pursued by a generous citrus acidity. It is perfect on its own over a long lunch although it would also sit well with seafood and light chicken dishes.
ABV – 11.0 %
Mont’albano - Friuli Pinot Grigio (750mL)

Petit Roubie - AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Picpoul de Pinet (750mL)
£11.35/each £10.22/each 10% off!
A bright yet pale golden coloured Picpoul. So fresh and evocative of its maritime proximity. Wafts of sea-breeze mingle with delightful notes of citrus, appleskin and herbs. Hints of peach and exotic fruits make a fleeting appearance too. The palate is caressed at first by the gentle texture but is re-energised by the telling vibrant acidity on the finale. The excellent length of flavour is ample evidence of the Azan family attention to detail in the making of this wine. A wine of genuine and authentic pedigree. Brilliant with seafood, especially shellfish.
Stella White- Limited Release No Added Sulphur Organic (750mL)
This wine does it all: No Added Sulphur, organic, fair trade and vegan friendly, but it's more than just a box-ticker. This 100% Colombard is only made in the best vintages (so get it while you can!) and shows a lovely wild flower and honey nose and real tangy freshness on the finish. It has a deeper colour than one would expect in such a young wine, which is because sulphur has a bleaching effect on the colour of 'normal' wines.
Western Cape, South Africa.
The Collectables - Sauvignon Blanc (750mL)
Harvested in the cool of the night the grapes are slowly fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel, helping to maintain vivid flavours and balancing crisp acidity.

Marlborough, New Zealand.
Tre Piume - Bianco (750mL)
'Tre Piume' means 'three feathers', and the wine also contains three grape varieties (clever eh?) Gargenega, Chardonnay and Trebbiano. Very similar to lighter style Soave wines, this fresh, clean everyday Italian white evokes a subtle bouquet of pear, almond and delicately scented white flowers. Crisp, dry and charming with good balance. Makes for good aperitif drinking.
Chardonnay, Garganega, Trebbiano
