Delicious Cremant made with 100% Chenin Blanc. From the Anjou area in the heart of the Loire, on clay and limestone soils. Aromatics are of delicate apricot and lemongrass. The mineral driven palate is pleasantly citrussy and refreshing with persistent fine bubbles.

This pale yellow delight is full of persistent bubbles with a pronounced nose of white-fleshed fruits and blossom overlaying a yeasty base. Delicate and dry in the mouth and finely structured to show off its biscuit and apple palate without any one flavour becoming too dominant.
