Delton Martin and his 5 sons live in the Mennonite community near Holstein, Southern Ontario. From here, for that short span of time between winter and spring, they tap and collect sap from their 1100 maple trees. Their single source maple syrup is absolutely pure. The only ingredient is the sap of the maple tree. Collected by hand and evaporated over a wood fire. Nothing is added, the only thing removed is water.
