With shops in both Lampeter and Aberaeron we try and cover most bases for those looking for an alternative to the supermarket shop. With a focus on local, sustainable and organic ingredient-led cooking and eating we aim to champion the best that the land and sea has to offer.

A real alternative to the supermarket shop, we pride ourselves on always having the freshest and best selection of fruit and veg. for miles. It’s a real chance to connect with where your food is coming from. We stock meat from local and organic producers, dairy, eggs and a fantastic selection of world-class cheeses. As well as the usual selection of groceries from dried lentils to walnuts and herbs and spices to teas and coffees, we offer a fantastic range of everything a good home cook could need and want.

We are proud to sell Conti's soft serve ice cream, made exclusively for our Lampeter shop. Back in June we took delivery of a soft serve ice cream machine and teamed up with Conti's and Gwarfynnon farm to make and sell Conti's first soft serve ice cream. Milk from Gwarfynnon farm is delivered direct to Tom at Conti's, where he works his magic and produces a delicious ice cream mix which is served fresh from our ice cream machine. This collaboration between ourselves, Conti's and Gwarfynnon farm means we can serve one of the freshest ice cream's around.

With our own bakery on site, we are really excited to be able to offer our customers our full range of organic breads, all made by us from scratch, Tuesday to Saturday.

Our selection of organic wines is extensive, and we have a huge range of local beers and cider. We also have a small household section, stocking the must-have cleaning, toiletries, and kitchen products we all find useful.

We really do reflect the season, and so the selection of fruit and veg is always evolving, whilst making sure we have what everybody needs at the same time. A great balance of local seasonal produce, and the best imported lines all year round.
