The freshly crushed floral Picudo, sweet Hojiblanca and robust Picual olives from the Prado family's organic estates are cold-pressed. The result is an organic oil with tropical flavours of passion fruit and papaya.

The Núñez de Prado family started producing olive oil on their estate in Baena, Andalusia in 1795. Since this time 7 generations of the family have continued to develop and improve their production, focusing on a philosophy of quality over all other considerations.

Fantastic Spelt bread with a mixture of white and wholemeal spelt, and rye giving this loaf tons of flavour. Also packed full of 3 different types of seeds, this loaf has got loads going on and a great open texture.
This has had the least alterations, with just some changes to the way we shape the dough prior to baking to ensure it proves up nicely.

A big loaf, white with some rye flour added for extra depth, and more flavour from a mixture of several different blended white flours. Really creamy. This is a classic dark-on-the-outside light-on-the-inside loaf and very addictive.

The addition of linseed, caraway, cooked rye and wheat grains adds to both the texture and flavour of this lovely little loaf. Dense, nutty and full of flavour, this one gets better over a couple of days, and is still good for a week after baking.

As traditional cheeses go, this one has class. Appleby’s Cheshire’s soft, mineral flavour crumbles perfectly as you cut it. The beautiful, almost pinky-orange cheese (annatto added for colour) has a wonderful nutty flavour and is seriously addictive.

Really more of a hedgerow gin, Da Mhile use a mixture of berries that are picked from the farm in the autumn including blackberries, elderberries, damsons and sloes. With a warming, spicy base gin including nutmeg, cinnamon & cloves and about half the amount of sugar that most Sloe gins contain, this is one not to miss.
