We make all our bread from scratch, using organic ingredients, incorporating locally sourced ingredients when possible, and we bake everything fresh each day. Simple.
In 2015, we added pastries to our repertoire. And in 2016, we hope to broaden the range even further into more tempting cakes, and hopefully savoury pies and bakes too.
