While the ban on unpasteurised cow's milk soft cheese from France continues, we have got some lovely UP Swiss Vacherin. A real treat. Gently thermised and wrapped in spruce bark. A pinky-red rind and silky, creamy and rich savoury flavours, becoming stronger as they age. Approx. 430g each.This cheese is wonderful eaten on a cheeseboard, or baked in the oven… a clove of garlic, a splash of white wine, and dunk bread or roasted vegetables into it.
