NEW Job Vacancy: Baker

Full-Time, Early Starts, 4 days per week

We’re looking for a passionate Baker to join our friendly team at our busy bakery, specialising in naturally fermented sourdough breads and delicious pastries.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a positive, lively and supportive environment.

The Role:

• Crafting organic sourdough breads using long fermentation techniques

• Working as part of a small, skilled and supportive bakery team

• Helping maintain, the high standards we pride ourselves on at Watson & Pratt’s

Working Pattern:

• 4 days per week

• Early bakery shifts: starting between 3:00am - 5:00am

• Saturday holiday cover required

• Levain feeding twice a month on Sundays (approx. 45 minutes): Double time paid for this shift

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications

Experience:

• Food Industry Experience: we welcome applications from individuals with a proven record of experience in a professional setting: café, restaurant, food production

• Previous bakery experience is welcome but not essential

• Full training provided for the right person

• Passion for good food and sourdough
