2018 Samurai Shiraz (750mL)
Crimson red with purple hues. Concentrated plum and spice aromas are supported with subtle vanilla oak. A medium bodied wine with flavours of juicy black cherries, redcurrants and hints of spicy oak combine together with soft tannins to give a lingering finish on the palate.

Alcohol: 12.5%Slightly turbid purple/red in the glass, showing aromas of wild cherries, plum and mulberry with just a touch of raspberry lift. There are hints of flowers, leather, smoke, spice and herbs with wafts of liquorice, earth and mandarin rind. In the mouth the initial attack of fruit is awash with wild cherry sheathed in tobacco leaf, with supporting fruit flavours of dark plum and blackberry. Nice, cooling gravelly finish.

The colour is bright red, the nose ebullient with posies of violets, freesia and cherry-blossom. The palate is sweet and round, suggestive of raspberries and succulent cherries - the tannins barely evident.

This has remarkable finesse, with rich earthy-leathery fruit flavours balanced by flinty notes.

Alcohol: 13.5%This wine has real character - all the juicy elements of Tempranillo, with no dirty oak to mask its charm. It has a natural way about it but with no funkiness. Cherry-red, purplish, brilliant colour with primary notes of fresh fruit, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and violets with clean mineral tones from the granite, this little natural wine is phenomenal value.
Metic Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (750mL)
A lovely combination of blackcurrant flavours with a touch of spice, full bodied but with a balanced and smooth finish.
Principiano Langhe Bianco Timorasso (750mL)
Alcohol: 13.5% Bright with raspberries, the nose is ethereal, leafy-fresh. There's loads of crunchy punchy fruit, plenty of rose-petal fragrance too.
Thirst - Gamay (750mL)
Thirst are refreshing, lower alcohol, lower sulphur, naturally-made wines, with minimal intervention. Not stripped of any natural components and they are neither fined nor filtered and can show an amazing haze.
