Herb-Fed free range Christmas roosters are a very special chicken produced only once a year for Christmas Day.
These roosters are fed on a unique diet that includes 10 varieties of fresh herbs, and are free to graze and forage for food whilst roaming acres of Yorkshire pasture at the foot of the Hambleton Hills.
