After years of being disappointed at the available options for vegetarians and vegans when eating out, Ben and Flo were inspired to start The Parsnips ship.An on the good Vegetarian and some Vegan option food that can be use as the basis of several other dishes. Having worked in the catering industry for over 25 years, founder Ben Moss has developed a unique style of cooking and is passionate about creating wonderful vegetarian and vegan food. They hope their products will come to the rescue weather you have tricky eaters come for dinner or are simply lovers for the pant based diet. All of the Parsnips ships mash-ups are and crafted by Flo & Ben and packaged in their kitchen in Ogmore Valley.
