Lizi's granola started when Mick and Liz went on holiday to Cornwall and stayed in a B&B which served a delicious toasted muesli for breakfast. Liz went home and started experimenting to create her own muesli.

Having made the perfect breakfast cereal, the next obvious step was to open her own B&B. Everyone loved the cereal and lots of guests said I should “bag it and sell it”. Over the years Liz modified the recipe slightly to take account of nutritional developments, in particular to reduce its glycaemic impact, but always with the view that Lizi's Granola should taste “just so delicious”.
