Tradition Welsh Beers
Cardigan Brewery is the Union of Penlon Brewery and Innkeepers Wales. Their misson is to create Welsh beer that can be enjoyed at home , from a range of great shops and at a number pubs and bars. All their beers share one thing in common , they are all made in the rugged west coast of wales . The sense of place and heritage binds their two ranges Penlon Ales and their fresh and wild crafty Dai beers. The Penlon range was their first range released in 2004, which has been quietly and unassumingly brewed and enjoyed throughout West Wales.This range is all natural ingredients produced to traditional methods and are no added nitrate beers Their Crafty Dai range is a new contemporary range of beers , a riot of hop aromas craftily constructed with unexpected natural ingredients.
