Blueberry Apple and Fennel Juice
1 apple Method
1 small fennel bulb
100g of fresh or frozen blueberries
Juice of half a lemon
1. Peel and core apple
2. Trim and chop fennel
3. Add all ingredients to a blender or a juicer.
4. If using a blender add water until you reach your desired consistency.
