Bill Bleasdale and Chava Richman live up the mountain, just outside Llanidloes, Mid Wales. They grow fruit trees, and make some seriously special Cider. Blending the apples from a variety of fruit trees, mixing the right amount of sharp and sweet, they produce sulphite-free Cider that should be drunk like wine. Each vintage different, special in its unique characteristics. Savoured.
Fermented in barrels, over 6 to 18 months, the development of the natural yeasts is slow, thus producing the complex flavours you get from each bottle. Because the Cider is live, is varies from batch to batch, we stock the different varieties throughout the year, having 2 or 3 at any time. Each season brings a new vintage to enjoy.
