These Charcoal & Rye sourdough crackers are inspired by Peter's Yards love of Swedish baking. Using simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, fresh milk, charcoal and sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until crisp, they are the natural choice for a soft goats cheese or a ripe Brie.
