We do think that our sausages are pretty special. All our bangers are hand made fresh in small batches, every week at our 5 star unit in Carmarthenshire. Gone are the days when the average sausage contain less desirable cuts of pork, our sausages contain prime cuts of pork from free range traditional breeds at our smallholding, creating a deep flavoured meaty sausage.
Each flavour has been tried and tested at our 5 star unit and then sampled by the established chefs we supply.
Place on a metal oven tray (there’s no need to pierce the sausages or oil the tray) in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Suitable for home freezing, freeze by the use by date.
