Mount Goat - Jebel (200g)
Made by Mount Goat in Pembrokshire who are a new small artisan business with a herd of 40 goats. They produce an unpasteurised, vegetarian goats cheese in a continental style, that is fresh and clean in early maturity (at 3-4 weeks), but develops into something other-worldly and melty by seven weeks. They are the only unpasteurised goats cheese producers in Pembrokeshire and Wales.
