The organic whole wheat Pita bread is a healthier variant of the original white Pita bread. The "pocket" bread has a the smell of fresh bread and the texture is full of wheat grains. Why not serve the Pita bread with a layer of Hummus salad, slices of fresh tomato and a drizzle of olive oil. Or use the bread as warm toast with some olive tapenade en feta cheese.
