Da Mhile (pronounced ‘dah-vee’lay’) Distillery is based just outside of Llandysul, Ceredigion just down the road from us in Lampeter. There they produce some truly amazing organic spirits and liquors. Their range includes the first organic whisky, seaweed infused gin, and blood orange liqueur but to name a few. Quality and the organic ethos are the driving forces behind their amazing range.
